No Win No Fee Claims
Rules came into effect in April 2001 that enables your appointed Solicitor to act on a No Win No Fee basis. This means that, in the unlikely event you don't win your case, your Solicitor won't charge you and, when you do win your case, any fees are charged to your opponent.
