Many personal injury claims are, in these days of fast profits and poor customer service, dealt with by inexperienced staff often by companies that have an over reliance on technology to compensate for this fact. As such we handpick the very best of solicitors firms with excellent reputations to ensure that your requirements are met to the highest possible standard.
The solicitors we choose are dedicated to their field of practice and, as such, delegate to us the task of marketing their services which, in turn, allows them more time to focus on the most important aspects of client care (i.e ensuring that you are given their full attention on the legal matters that relate to your claim).
As such, for the services that we offer the relevant solicitors we receive a fee for these services directly from them (NOT YOU!) and the level of such a fee will vary depending on the nature of the claim and the geographical location in which the claim arises.
Personal injuries that occur in England and Wales
If and when your claim is accepted by our claim assessors of CL Claims.co.uk then the Solicitor to whom we refer your claim to will pay us a marketing/referral fee of £500. This is a private arrangement between ourselves and the solicitor concerned, it is fee paid to us by them and in no way affects the value of your claim and, to this end, you have our guarantee of this!
We ensure at all times that we comply with the regulations that are set down by the Ministry of Justice that apply to regulated claims management companies such as ourselves and with the Solicitors’ Introduction and Referral Code that is published by the Law Society.
All solicitors who we refer claims to are independent professionals and it is from these that you will receive advice that is confidential and impartial. From the date that you agree to bring a claim through us you have a fourteen day “Cooling off period” during which you are free to refer your matter to another claims management company. Naturally we would ask that you inform us of your decision to do so. You are also free to choose another solicitor.
